We want all of our brides to be happy but if for some reason you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unaltered, tags attached and returned in the same condition and packaging you have received them in.

Please take note that custom orders, tailored specifically to your measurements, are not eligible for returns. Given their personalized nature, they cannot be returned.

Due to the delicate manner of most bridal dresses being white or ivory color, please be very considerate when trying items on. Dresses returned with makeup stains, deodorant stains, etc. will not be processed.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@vhybestudio.com with your order number and items you would like to return. You will receive return instructions via email.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In many cases, brides may find themselves between two sizes. In such situations, we recommend ordering the larger size and then seeking alterations from a local seamstress.

Please note that as we do not have a physical store, we do not provide alteration services.

With a strong emphasis on sustainability, each dress is meticulously handcrafted to order, adhering to the principles of slow fashion. Once you place your order, we will begin creating the dress of your dreams and ship it to you at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that the garment production and import to the US will take approximately 5 weeks, followed by an additional week for delivery to your location. Thus, you can expect an estimated lead time of around 6 weeks.

As our dresses serve various purposes such as engagement, bridal shower, civil ceremony, or as a second wedding/party dress, you have a slightly more flexible timeframe. Typically, the lead time from order placement to delivery is around 5 weeks.

We offer free shipping and provide a complimentary return label for all orders within the United States.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

At present, we exclusively ship within the United States. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping destinations, so stay tuned for updates.

Certainly, we do offer custom work, but it is contingent upon the availability of our production resources. We encourage you to contact us with details about your specific customization request and your wedding date. We will assess the feasibility and provide you with the necessary information and next steps.

We understand that not all brides fit into standard sizes. For instance, you may be a size 8 on top but a size 4 on the bottom. In order to ensure a perfect fit, we are delighted to offer customization options for sizing at an additional flat fee of $150. This customization process does not alter the product itself but rather accommodates special sizing requirements that deviate from the standard.

Additionally, if you are a taller individual and require the dress to be longer, we can accommodate that request as well. For any such special sizing or length requests, please reach out to us. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities and provide personalized consultations to determine what can be achieved and what may not be feasible.
